Over the past year, Seth, Jimmy, and Kohta completed our tuition-free, year-long program in CNC machinist training and life skills education, earning a paycheck while they learned. Finishing the program takes real commitment, and each of them showed it every day in the shop and the classroom.
Even better, all three graduates are now employed at Wells Technology Inc., putting their new skills to work as part of the team in Bemidji. That’s exactly what Wells Academy is here for: opening doors to skilled careers and helping students build a future close to home.
